- Obverse
- Coat-of-Ams in the centre with a downward bending ribbon and the year of issue below. Along the border are the words Singapore in the four major languages of the country. The Singapore Mint (SM) mintmark is between the Chinese and English inscriptions at approximately the 5oclock position. (SINGAPURA - சிங்கப்பூர் - 新加坡 = SINGAPORE MAJULAH SINGAPURA = ONWARDS/PROGRESS SINGAPORE)
- Reverse
- BCCS logo in the centre with the inscription (25th ANNIVERSARY) above and the face value ($10) below. Along the border are the words (BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF CURRENCY SINGAPORE) and the years of the anniversary.
