1 Gold Leopard from Duchy of Aquitaine. Issued from 1355 to 1362. Struck in Gold (.972). Measures 28 mm and weighs 3.6 g.
- Obverse
- Crowned leopard passant to left within tressure of 10 arches, quatrefoils at points and in spandrels. (Edward, by the grace of God King of England and France.)
- Reverse
- Cross fleurée, lions in angles, within beaded border and quadrilobe, voided quatrefoils in spandrels. (Christ defeats, Christ rules, Christ commands.)
