- Obverse
- Quartered greater Arms of Sweden (Three Crowns of Sweden on first and fourth, Folkungs Lion on second and third and small shield with Vasa arms superimposed in center) inside a circle with legend outside. (Johann III Dei Gratia King of Sweden, of the Goths and the Wends)
- Reverse
- Square with King's motto on three lines. The square is within a circle and have at sides the value while above the date; below the square is the letter S (maybe to mark the Stockholm mint). Legend is outside the circle.
