- Obverse
- Laureate head of King Frederik V facing right. Legend around rim. Engraver initials on neck-cut. (Frederik V Dei Gratia King of Denmark, Norway, the Wends and the Goths)
- Reverse
- Crowned oval shield with arms of Denmark, Norway and Sweden encircled by the necklace of the Order of the Elephant. Shield and necklace are between crossed laurel sprigs. Below is the date divided by mint master's initials, while around the shield, along the rim, is the King's motto. Initials of the engraver are on the cut branch at left of the pendant.
