- Bust of King Christian VII facing right. Engraver's initial below bust ((Christianus VII Dei Gratia Daniæ, Norvegiæ, Vandalorum, Gothorum Rex) Christian VII Dei Gratia King of Denmark, Norway, the Wends and the Goths)
- Reverse
- Large crown above value (in roman numbers). King's motto at sides and above, along the rim. Date in lower position, in line with the motto, divided in two by Mint Master initials (Glory through love of the fatherland.)
