- Obverse
- Right profile of Wahram V on frontal bust; crown with two mural elements, in the middle a crescent on a pearl; covered korymbos; pearl diadem, diadem ribbons commencing below ball of hair, pointing upwards; earring consisting of two elementsa; neck-line of tunica edged with row of pearls; double row of pearls running from the shoulders to the breast ornament (only upper part visible); floral elements below bust; dotted border.

- Fire altar, base consisting of two elements; round altar shaft, (on the shaft "just") to the left and the right of the shaft ribbons pointing downwards; three altar slabs; altar flames, rendered by three tiers of four, three and two strokes respectively; to the left and the right of altar attendant with stylized crown of Wahram V, holding a barson with both hands; dotted border.
