- Obverse
- Armored bust of King Sigismund facing right; holding sword raised over shoulder in right hand and globus cruciger in left. Bust is within a beaded circle with legend around. (Sigismund by the Grace of God (King of) Sweden)
- Reverse
- Crowned quartered shield with arms of Sweden (The Three Crowns), Poland, Folkungs Lion, Lithuania and seal of the House of Vasa superimposed in the center, divides the last two digits of date at both sides. Shield is within a circle with legend around (King of the Goths, the Wends, and of Poland)
