- Obverse
- Full armored and mantled standing figure of King Johann III divides last digits of date at both sides. King is holding a sword in right hand and globus cruciger in left; his figure is partially inside a circle, with legend outside. (Johann III Dei Gratia King of Sweden)
- Reverse
- Crowned shield with the Three Crowns of Sweden and Vasa Arms above a cross with long arms. Value is at both sides of shield, right below horizontal arm of cross. The shield is inside a circle with legend outside, cut in four parts by cross arms. (New coin of (the city of) Stockholm)
