Obverse
On the front side of the coins in the central part, an emblem of the Republic of Kazakhstan is depicted on an ornamental background made up of Kazakh and German ornaments. In the lower part number "500" and the inscription "ТЕҢГЕ", denoting the face value of the coin. In the left and right sector, an element of national ornament is mirrored. The inscription along the rim is "ҚАЗАҚСТАН РЕСПУБЛИКАСЫ" in the state language and "РЕСПУБЛИКА КАЗАХСТАН" in Russian. (500

Reverse
On the reverse side of the coins is depicted an episode of exile by the protagonists - a donkey, a dog, a cat and a rooster of the brigands from a forest hut, there is also a trademark of the Kazakhstan Mint. The inscription along the rim is "БРЕМЕН МУЗЫКАНТТАРЫ" in the state language, "DIE BREMER STADTMUSIKANTEN" in German and the number "2017" denoting the year of coinage.
