500 Tenge from Kazakhstan. Issued in 2009. Struck in Gold (.9999) (two diamonds). Measures 21.87 mm and weighs 7.78 g.
- Obverse
- On the front side of the coin in the central part, an emblem of the Republic of Kazakhstan is depicted on an ornamental background. In the lower part, the inscription "500 ТЕҢГЕ" denotes the denomination of the coin. The inscription "ҚАЗАҚСТАН ҰЛТТЫҚ БАНКІ" is on the circumference. In the left sector, the trademark of the Kazakhstan Mint and the inscription "Au 999" denoting the metal from which the coin is made and its sample, to the right - the inscription "7.78gr." Denoting the mass of the coin. (500 tenge National Bank of Kazakhstan Au 999 7.78gr)
- Reverse
- On the reverse side of the coin in the central part is a tiger image. The lower part of the coin is the trademark of the Kazakhstan Mint. The inscription "ЖОЛБАРЫС" in the state language along the rim, "TIGER" in English, the number "2009" denoting the year of coinage (TIGER TIGER 2009)
