- Crowned and armored bust of King Erik XIV facing right within double circle. Legend outside. (Erik XIV Dei Gratia King of Sweden, of the Wends and the Goths)
- Reverse
- Crowned quartered oval coat of arms of Sweden Three crowns of Sweden in first quadrant; Folkungs Lion in second: Norwegian Lion in third and Danish leopards in fourth) with central Vasa Arms. Two flowers tied at bottom of arms. The Coat of arms is within a circle with King's motto and date outside. (God gives to whom He wishes)
