Representation of the Vučedol dove, a ceramic bowl from the ancient Vučedol culture, in the shape of a bird. Below the image of the dove, along the lower edge, is the coat of arms of the Republic of Croatia. The text "REPUBLIC OF CROATIA" is written in a circle along the edge, from left to right, bordering the image of the Vučedol dove. In the upper half-circle, on the right side, there is a numerical designation of the nominal value "500", below which is the inscription of the name of the monetary unit "KUNA".
