- Inscription in eight lines with fleurons below. Globus cruciger above. Coat of arms of Arnstein to the right. Coat of arms of Helderungen to the bottom. Coat of arms of Querfurt-Mansfeld to the left. (I am silent and remember. Born in the year 1558, 14 April. Dead in the year 1619, 30 December. Lived 61 years, 8 months, 17 days.)
