20 Centimes from France. Issued in 1945. Struck in Bronze-nickel. Measures 25 mm and weighs 4.6 g.

Obverse
R-F on either side of a central hole bordered by a scroll, under a Phrygian cap on the left adorned with a tricolor cockade (guilloche center, smooth circle, guilloche circle), all within an open wreath composed of a branch of two oak twigs; below EM. LINDAUER; the outer scroll is lined with a continuous, dextrorotatory ribbon in the shape of an ear of wheat.
Reverse
FREEDOM. EQUALITY/ FRATERNITY/ 20 - CMES (UNDERLINED) / ESSAY 19. above and on either side of a central hole bordered by a scroll surrounded by a branch of olive tree in two branches whose base cuts the vintage placed at the exergue; the external scroll is doubled by a continuous and dextrorotary ribbon taking again the shape of an ear of wheat.
