Johannis from Curaçao. Issued from 1793 to 1799. Struck in Gold (.917). Measures 21 mm and weighs 14.3 g.
- Obverse
- Host coin (1/2 Dobra of 1781) with double portrait of Mary I and Pedro III of Portugal facing right surrounded by text in Latin. Date of hostcoin below. Four countermarks at 3, 6, 9 and 12 o'clock very close to the edge (GI, L, MH and B) and one countermark on the field (GH). (Mary the First and Peter the Third, by the Grace of God, Regents of Portugal and the Algarves)
