Obverse
Crowned bust of the king to the right, in armor with a high shoulder pad. (Sigismund I King of Poland, Lord of the Prussian Land)
Reverse
The crest shield with a small Austrian shield in the middle . On the sides of the shield are the letters CS: Cracovia - Spitikus (Spytek Tarnowski, Grand Treasurer of the Crown). (Just as the palm will flourish)
