- Obverse
- Bust of King Frederick I with long and curly hairs divides legend. King is wearing an ornate armor below a drape. Date below, in exergue. (Frederick I king of Sweden by the grace of God. Jubilee year 1721.)
- Reverse
- Facing busts within cameo of Gustav Vasa and Gustaf Adolf II, both within palm wreath. Legend on two lines in exergue, below the wreath. Mintmaster initials are on the line of exergue. (Gustav I King of Sweden by the grace of God. Gustav II Adolf King of Sweden by the grace of God. In memory of the freedom and religion's recovery.)
