- Bust of Fredrik I wearing armor facing right inside circle of legend. (Frederick I king of Sweden by the grace of God.)
- Reverse
- Seven lined inscription. Dates are in Old Style date, 17th April would be 28th April and 25th March would be 5th April in New Style date. (Born 17th April 1676, deceased 25th March 1751.)
