- Coat of arms (1881-1927) of the Tsardom of Bulgaria: crowned shield with crowned lion rampant left on gules (vertical hatch representing red); the shield is supported by two crowned lions rampant bearing national flags. Arabesque below. Crowned mantle with pavilion behind. (Bulgaria Unity makes strength)
