- Diademed and cuirassed bust of Constantine IV, holding in the right hand a spear placed on the shoulder and in the left a shield decorated with a rider.

- Potentate cross on three steps, with Heraclius on the left and Tiberius on the right, crowned, wearing the chlamydia, each holding a cruciger globe.
