- Armoured bust facing right with ribbon, cross and folded coat.
- Reverse
- A three-masted ship on shield with crowned eagle above. Supported by a wild man on the left and a Chinese man on the right; under the shield there is another ceremonial small shield with the monogram of the company. Ribbon with motto below. (KPACVE = "Königlich-Preußisch-Asiatische-Compagnie von Emden" (Royal Prussian-Asian Company of Emden) In God trust and be vigilant!)
