1 Dollar from Barbados. Issued in 2020. Struck in Silver (.999). Measures 39 mm and weighs 31.1 g.
- Obverse
- The obverse features the Barbados Golden Shield of Arms with 2 Pride of Barbados national flowers and the Bearded Fig tree. Flanking the shield are the dolphin symbolic of the fishing industry and the Pelican, after Pelican Island. Above the shield is a helmet and mantling. On a wreath is the arm and hand of a Bajan holding two crossed pieces of sugar cane symbolizing the sugar industry. The coat-of-arms carries the motto Pride and Industry.
- Reverse
- The reverse feature a full image of a seahorse facing to the right, with it's tail wrapped around part of a plant in the ocean. In the background are graphics representing the waves of the ocean and air bubbles formed by the wildlife in the sea. The name of the coin, year and purity is minted around the rim of the coin.
