- Front-facing bust of Michael the Brave wearing a fur hat with a brooch and plume and an embroidered mantle. ( Of Michael, Voivode of the Transalpine Wallachia, Councillor of his sacred imperial and royal's majesty)
- Reverse
- Inscription in eight lines. ( Lieutenant in Transylvania, general commander of the army this side of Transilvania and of its subjected parts. In AD 1600 won the victorz through virtue, vigilance and arms.)
