1 Ducat - Basarab III Laiotă cel Bătrân from Wallachia . Issued from 1473 to 1477. Struck in Silver. Measures 13 mm and weighs 0.6 g.
- Obverse
- Shield divided per pale (split vertically in half). The left half with crescent and star. The right half with two bars on argent (no hatch representing silver). Greek cross above
- Reverse
- Golden eagle regardant (looking over its shoulder) right, with cross under the right wing, standing on great helm facing right.
