Obverse

Surrounded by twelve five-pointed stars pointing upwards, the one at 6 o'clock framed by the different ones (cornucopia on the left and Rosette of the engraving workshop on the right), a sower walking on the left, sowing against the wind (after the drawing of Louis Oscar Roty) and cutting the year 2020 in two; initials "RF" of French Republic on the right, on a stylized rising sun; the whole on a background of French flag in heraldry, with azure represented by horizontal lines, silver represented by a blank field and gules represented by vertical lines.

Reverse

In the foreground the sower of Louis Oscar Roty, walking on the left in a stylized field and sowing against the wind; in the background a portrait of General De Gaulle on the left; in the upper part the face value 10 euro; on the right the reverses of three coins, namely a 1 Centime Epi, the trial of the 2 Centimes Epi 1962 and the 5 Centimes Epi 1962, and the obverse of one of them.
