- Right facing head of Queen Elizabeth II, wearing the George IV State Diadem
- Reverse
- North and South shields representing England and Wales with three lions passant. A lion rampant representing Scotland in the East position and to the West a harp represents Ireland. The four quadrants depict the St Edwards crown, encircled by a Latin inscription. (Nine decades gloriously accomplished)
