½ Crown from England. Issued from 1630 to 1632. Struck in Silver. Measures 35 mm and weighs 14.75 g.
- Obverse
- King Charles I on horseback left with sword raised in right hand, second horseman, legend around, mintmark at 12 o'clock. Note: smaller horse, cross on flank cloth (Charles by the grace of God King of Great Britain France and Ireland)
- Reverse
- Oval garnished & quartered shield of arms with C R above, legend around, mintmark at 12 o'clock. Note: C R divided by rose (very rare), lis over rose (rare) or lis. (I reign under the auspices of Christ)
