- An angel from behind with large swallow wings playing the violin, detail from the work of Michelangelo Merisi known as Caravaggio "Rest on the flight into Egypt" dating back to 1597 (Galleria Doria Pamphilj, Rome). On the left, the words "CARAVAGGIO" and "R", identifying the Mint of Rome; on the right, the dates “1571 • 2021”, respectively the year of the painter's birth and the year of issue of the coin, and the value “5 EURO”.
