- Head of Queen Elizabeth II, as at 77 years of age, bare headed, wearing necklace and earrings, facing right. (Elizabeth II Queen by the grace of God)

- Color over engraving to recreate the leaves and branch of a mountain maple (Acer spicatum), upon which rests a snail made of a Venetian glass element that is handcrafted by master glassmaker Giuliano Donaggio of Murano, Italy.
