- Bust of Honorius, right, pearl-diademed, draped, cuirassed, a star behind head. (D (-ominus) N (-oster) Honorius P (-ius) F (-elix) Aug (-ustus) :"Our lord Honorius, pious and blessed august".)
- Reverse
- The three emperors Arcadius, Honorius and Theodosius II standing facing; the two outermost being taller, slightly turned towards each other, each holding spear with outer hand and resting inner hand on shield; third emperor between them, smaller, head to right, holding spear with right hand, sometimes holding a globe with left hand.
