- Obverse
- The count seated in a gothic stall wearing a crown of roses, holding a sword upright in his right hand, and resting his left hand on a shield (Louis, by God's grace Count and Lord of Flanders)
- Reverse
- Triple floriate cross inside a polylobe with leaves at the (interior) cusps, and rosettes in the exterior angles. (Christ conquers, Christ reigns, Christ commands)
