- Duke Philip wearing crown of roses, standing on sailing ship, raising sword in right hand, and holding Burgundian shield in left hand. Inscription punctuated with double saltires. (Philip, by the grace of God, duke of Burgundy, Count and Lord of Flanders.)
- Reverse
- Short floriate triple cross inside a double octolobe, with letter "P" in the centre. Lion and crown in each angle of the cross. Small trefoil in each exterior angle of the polylobe. Inscription punctuated with double saltires. (Lord, in your fury do not rebuke me.)
