- Obverse
- Ten-petalled rosette, in the center of which is a dot in a squiggle. A pearl circle around. Beaded strip. Border: Four arcs enclosing asterisks alternating with four lilies between squiggles.
- Reverse
- Two busts facing each other with pointed headdresses, above them two eagl (?) heads with wings, between them an orb and a beaded arch connecting the wings. Pearl circlet. Outside lilies.
