- Della Rovere arms inside a decagon, crowned and flanked by letters G (in crown) V. All inside quadrilobe which divides legend (Through me there will be justice Guidobaldo, DUke of Urbino)
- Reverse
- Two figures standing, facing forward, heads turned toward each other. Saint John the Evangelist, on left, holds closed book in right hand and chalice in left; Saint James on right holds staff in right hand and open book in left. Mint name in exergue (Saint John Saint James Pesaro)
