- Photo by Alistar, Photo Library 2010 - Her majesty visited Scarborough in 2010 for the first time since 1975 to officially open the restored Open Air Theatre. After the ceremony, the Queen and Prince Phillip travelled to Hares Leap farm shop in Burniston and then on to Cloughton, where they enjoyed a pub lunch at the Blacksmiths Arms pub with Duchy Council members and local residents.
