Description
1 Groat from Ireland. Issued from 1496 to 1505. Struck in Silver. Measures 24 mm and weighs 2 g.
- Obverse
- Facing bust with open crown within tressure with saltires at points, within beaded inner circle (Henry, by the Grace of God, King of England)
- Reverse
- Long cross pattée dividing legends, three pellets in each quadrant. (I have made God my helper City of Dublin)
