Crowned coat of arms of Emperor Leopold I, divided into four fields, depicting striped coat of arms of Hungary and rampant lion of Bohemia; inner shield with the coat of arms of Austria and Burgundy; Order of the Golden Fleece around; supported by double-headed eagle holding sword in right claw and sceptre in left claw; crown above.
