- Obverse
- Based on a painting by English artist Michael Turner showing a phase of the second F1 Italian Grand Prix on September 10, 1922. (Italian Republic)
- Reverse
- The finish line with grandstands and pits of the Monza circuit, with the circuit engraved entirely with the inscription "MONZA" in the center of a gearbox pinion. The engraver's signature is on the low wall of the grandstands on the left. On the right, at the finish line, is the letter "R" from the Rome workshop.
