1 Maille from County of Flanders. Issued from 1168 to 1191. Struck in Silver. Measures 10 mm and weighs 0.38 g.
- Obverse
- Within inner circle, two fleur-de-lis at left and right pointing inward. Star above and crescent below. Four ringlets between inner and outer circle.
- Reverse
- Cross pattee within beaded inner circle, two crescents and two pellets in the corners, tied to the center of cross. Moneyer's name between inner and outer circles. (Simon.)
