Obverse

In the central part, on an ornamental background, there is the State Emblem of the Republic of Kazakhstan, around the circumference are the inscriptions QAZAQSTAN RESPÝBLIKASY in the state language and REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN in English. The logo of the National Bank of Kazakhstan is in the upper part, the denomination of the coin is indicated in the lower part.

Reverse

Image of the writer's face, turned to the left. On the left, under the edge of the coin, the name and surname of the writer MUHTAR ÁÝEZOV are indicated. On the right in the center is the anniversary date 125 JYL, the image of a pen and Auezov's personal signature, at the bottom is the year of minting the coin 2022. (125 YEARS)
