Around the circumference of the coin are national ornaments. The State Emblem of the Republic of Kazakhstan is depicted in the central part, the inscriptions KAZAKHSTAN REPUBLIKAS and REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN are around the emblem, the denomination of the coin is indicated in the lower part.

Reverse

The emblem of the United Nations is depicted in the center of the coin against the background of the outline of the map of Kazakhstan. Above and below are stars, symbolizing Kazakhstan's belonging to the UN member states. At the bottom of the coin, the designation of memorable dates: 1992 is the year of Kazakhstan's accession to the UN, 2022 is the anniversary date and the year the commemorative coin was put into circulation.
