- Armored, bareheaded bust of Philip facing left, date below bust and written as an extension of the legend (inverted). Countermark A13.1 with Holland lion, begind neck. (Philip, King of Spain, England, etc., and Duke of Gelderland)
- Reverse
- Crowned shield with arms of Spain-Austria-Burgundy topped with small shield of Gelderland at center, jewels of the Golden Feece hanging below, flanked by a firesteels emitting sparks (The Lord is my helper)
