Obverse

In the central part, framed by the national ornament, there is the coat of arms of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the trademark of the Kazakhstan Mint and an inscription about the metal of the coin, its fineness and weight. Along the circumference - the inscriptions QAZAQSTAN RESPÝBLIKASY and REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN. In the upper part there is an inscription "2021", indicating the year of minting, in the lower part - the inscription "5000 TEŃGE", indicating the denomination.

Reverse

Composition of naturalistic and stencil images of swans, in the upper part of the coin - the inscription AQQÝ. Along the perimeter of the coin there is a wide edging with decorative elements. (Swan)
