Obverse
The face of this collector coin features two racing cars in a 24-hour chronometer. The reverse polishing on the top of the coin differentiates between day and night, adding contrast and depth. The headlights of the vehicle driving at night highlight the "100" of the 24H du Mans centenary, while lighting the way beyond this edition of the competition.
Reverse
Two driver portraits facing each other. The face on the left evokes a driver from the early 20th century, taking part in the first edition of the Automobile Club de l'Ouest endurance grand prix, while the face on the right marks the evolution of a century of motor racing. The layout of the 24H circuit acts as a mirror, a window opening onto the past but also onto the future.
