1 Batzen from Canton of Fribourg. Issued in 1840. Struck in Brass. Measures 17 mm and weighs 2.84 g.
- Obverse
- Fribourg Jesuit College in the centre surrounded by a circle and the monogram "IHS" radiating above the building. Legends within a circle of grenetis. Two stars below. (May God guide us. Jesus our Saviour.)
- Reverse
- Maltese cross in the centre with a V in the middle surrounded by a circle.
