Obverse

It presents in its center an image of the Palace of the National Congress, with the detail of that distinctive green color on the imposing dome of the building, a color that its copper coating acquired due to the action of time and contact with the air. Next to the building, it reads 1983, the date it is commemorated, and 2023, the year of minting. In the upper arch it reads “ARGENTINE REPUBLIC”, and in the lower one, “RESTORATION OF DEMOCRACY”.
