Pentassaria from Marcianopolis. Issued from 217 to 218. Struck in Bronze. Measures 25 mm and weighs 9 g.

- Confronted busts of Macrinus, laureate and Diadumenianus, bare-headed
- Reverse
- Triumphal arch with three doors, the door in the midth much higher, four figures on postaments above. The outer two are Victories holding wreath in upraised hand, the other two male figure, draped, the left holding up his right hand, the right one holding spear in his left hand.
